Rachel> Well, brother the dictionary would have to look something
    Rachel> like this.

    Rachel> Statement:

Rachel> "I just don't want to do this (task, project, ministry,
    Rachel> whatever) any more."

Rachel> Spiritual Definition - She really wants to do it, but she
Rachel> isn't sure if it's the will of God. She wants you to pray
    Rachel> with her about it.

Why doesn't she just say "Pray with me about this (*) so I can learn
God's will about it."

Rachel> Approval Definition - She really wants to do it, but she
Rachel> wants the approval of her husband, she wants you to tell
Rachel> her it's o.k. with you for her to do it.

Why doesn't she ask if its OK?

Rachel> Discouraged Definition - She really wants to do it she
Rachel> just wants you to encourage her to do it because she gets
Rachel> a lot of her self worth from her husband.

Why doesn't she actually express the uncertainty, instead of total
negativism?

Rachel> Tired Definition - Her body that gets tired a lot quicker
Rachel> than yours is running out of energy. She still wants to
Rachel> do it, but she wants you to help her with the house work
Rachel> so she has the energy to do it.

Forget the housework! (That's what I do when I am out alone on a
contract. When the apartment gets too dirty, its time to take a new
contract somewhere else ;-)

Rachel> Rational (Webster type definition)- She really doesn't
Rachel> want to do it any more.

And she actually said so, and meant it, praise God!

Rachel> Well, if women weren't so complex, we'd be awfully boring,
    Rachel> don't you think?

Do you find men boring? ;-)
