I have to testify! I have been feeling down on myself in the
last few weeks, months, etc. I am about 1 year away from graduating
from IUPUI with a degree in health/Physical Ed. K-12. I have
been feeling that God has been calling me in a different direction though.
With this in mind and my recent engagement to get married in June of 97,
I have been feeling down. I didnt know what to do about my major.
SHould I finish it or should I drop it and look toward Bible School?
Well...I prayed about it, but just like most foolish people, I kept
worrying about it. I kept telling myself to leave my trouble at the alter
but never actually did this. I also even thanked the Lord ahead of
time knowing that he will bless me in some way and in some day.
But me being an inpaitent person, I still worried. After talking
to my fiance, she told me basically what I have been telling myself.
I told her that I would keep praying about it. As I left her house
that night, I turned on the radio and the guy preaching on it was
at the end of his message. I never heard what his message was about
but he left scriptures for people to read into. He said look up
Proverbs 3:5-6. I looke dthem up and they said...'trust in the Lord
with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding...in all
ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight."
I really felt that the Lord supplied those scriptures at that
moment for me. I feel so blessed to know that everything
WILL be alright as long as I stay in the will of God!!!

Praise God!!
