Take another look: that is the so called "rainbow bridge" of the New
Age.  Read Constance Cumby's book "The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow"
for the whole story.  A chain of New Age bookstores is called Rainbod
Bridge bookstores.  The New Age amalgam has appropriated the rainbow
and God's promise never to destroy the world agin by water to mean He
will not destroy it, period.  They say the rainbow makes a bridge so
that man can get to God.  We know only the bolld of Jesus can do that!
