Sure is, Bro.  It has always struck me that the use of the rainbow is
a sort of a mocking of God. They hold up the rainbow and remind him of
the promise that he would never again destroy all life. 

As is typical of darkened human nature, mercy and promise, as is
typified in the sign in the cloud, is take as a license for
transgression.

This is why we look to the church for sustaining the fences which keep
the church (body and revelation of God's presence) separate (not
isolated, but separate), as it has ALWAYS been. When judgement comes,
that separation will protect the Beloved, while the earth is preserved
for the children of promise, and Israel and the sheep nations are
restored. (BTW, I am a believe in the pre-tribulation rapture, which
is the ultimate separation (empowered by the sanctified life)  that
every Holy Ghost filled, Jesus-name baptized child of God will
experience when the presence of the Lord itself brings judgement.
