Higher-Fire Email Problems

Sorry for the lack of email around Higher-Fire the last coupld of days.
Both prairienet and my work place are both experiencing problems.

Prairienet is having problems with the listprocessor dying and then
restarting every three hours which is causing a whole bunch of problems
there.  Around here at work, currently there's only incomming email.
Outbound email just doesn't function at this moment.  

If you received this piece of email many hours later after it's composition
time, it's only because just now, evidently, the outbound email is back up
(hopefully for good).

There's been an inquiry as to how to have email held while a subscriber goes
on vacation.  Here's how to do it:

  Send email to:  listproc@prairienet.org
  with text    :  set Higher-Fire MAIL POSTPONE 

Then to confirm current settings:

  Send email to:  listproc@prairienet.org
  with text    :  set Higher-Fire

To re-establish Higher-Fire mail:

  Send email to:  listproc@prairienet.org
  with text    :  set Higher-Fire MAIL ACK 

To re-establish Higher-Fire mail in digest form:

  Send email to:  listproc@prairienet.org
  with text    :  set Higher-Fire MAIL DIGEST      (I think)

Sorry for any delays.  But, I guess when the list is completely moderated
and the only moderator that is available can't get email out, it makes for
very slow and comming posts from the subscribers.  Bro. Richard would 
normally take over, but he's on the left-coast (California) for a few days 
and can't assist in approvals and administrivia.
