Hi brother Young, just an uneducated opinion. The Bible was preserved by God
throught history that man might be saved. I myself prefer the KJV above the rest, 
because of what I feel whenever I read it, and the PERSONAL opinion that I drew
by studying of it's translators and history. 
  You will have to read, study, pray and seek the Lord concerning your final 
conclusion. Just as the educated people that teach evolution, I can give you just 
as many on the creation side with the matching PHDs, BSs and so on. SO it goes for 
the "CORRECT,BEST", translation. You will find as when discussing any subject,
that there are people with good and bad answers, and good attitudes, and nasty 
attitudes. 
  Listen to them all, and seek the Lord , he will always direct your path. On 
HF you will find some very educated , and spiritual people. It has been a blessing 
for me to read the many opinions and view points.

     Not to sound ignorant, but could you clarify the statment regarding the Roman
Empire and the 0 ?  THanks
