It's also very possible that what you saw, again, was a *cached* version
of what you had loaded before (unless they have a end-of-week statistics
clearer-outer) when your WWW browser decided to give you a previous snapshot
of what you had loaded instead of reloading the page fresh.
In Netscape, you'd have to hold down on the SHIFT key while pressing the
RELOAD button.
They also could be setting a *cookie* on your WWW browser that says that
you've YES voted before and not to serve you another page for re-voting
purposes. If the cookie doesn't exist, then it'll serve you that other
page fresh, instead of retrieving it from cache (and hopefully preventing
you from voting more than once).
