Thanks for the replies everyone and anyone else that replies in advance.
I just started learning karate via video(let's not do the tv thing again 
please) but I already have studied into the eastern religions and therefore
have a decent knowledge of what NOT to get involved in. I have quite
a few books on Toaism, Zen Buddhism, Hinduism, Shintoism etc. I've
started this simply for the excercise and discipline areas. If I meditate
at
all, it's on the Word! Thanks again for the replies. Love you all in Christ
