Hi,
I do see some differences between many musicians
who are classically trained versus those who aren't.
Some of the former may lack flexibility in their
approach to a new piece of music while on the other
hand, the latter may lack the exposure to the vast
arrays of musical modes available in classical music.
The solution - one must explore into both methods
of treating a piece music. I certainly hope this
will those who are newly playing for their churches.
I greatly feel that it is important to give God our
very very best including our worship and praise.
If God does not hesitate to give His first best to us
all, we should also not be hesitant to offer Him our
best. Amen.
