Check out Tripletts Productions Piano course. Its one of the few that
has been developed especially for the Pentecostal musician. Written by
our pastors wife (Her credentials include several different colleges and
sources of study including the Suzuki method in Japan, Hey, she's world
class!) Her books are: Learning the Piano by ear, Playing the Piano by
ear, and Mastering the piano by ear. These come singly or in a set. 
I think the set is about USD $139. (No I don't represent them or get
compensated by them!) They have an 800# but I don't know it. E-mail if
