I don't have any idea what "exhusted" means ("exhausted"? doesn't make
much sense in this context), but if the gist of the sentence is "would
the person who never heard of Jesus Christ make it to heaven" then my
standard answer is "It's in God's hands."

My personal opinion is this person is lost.  Otherwise, why the
commission of Christ to go into all the world preaching the gospel of
Christ?
