Why are you classified as a cult?

I love it when people take me to Romans and all the other books written
*to* the *church*.

When I point that out to them, they seem to back off. It is clear to me
that in Jesus's day, they considered him a cult, and they will consider us
one also. It does not matter that we follow the word of God. It does not
matter that believe in what *God* says.

What matters to them is that we dont do it the way they do it. That if you
walk a little different then you have the problem. I have always enjoyed
the "I am saved by faith" folks. That is a true statement. Its the
obedience to the word, that allows God to fulfill his promises to us.

If you really want to get them stuck, just take them to the verses that
state "Grace to all the saints that be...." and say how can you use this
book to talk about salvation. These folks are already saved. That should
give them food for thought. :)

If we fix the fix God has fixed to fix us,
God will only have to fix another fix to fix us.
