One of the problems also is that the tone intended can be shown as
entirely different. If I were to post "did you see that?" It by some be
construed as DID YOU see THAT> We need to season our wording here and as
the guidelines say wait to post sometimes. I was reminded of this some
time back when I responded and then the next day saw that I was in error.
I from then on until now sought to be well seasoned and kind with my
replies and at least try to KNIHT (think it over and back-LOL!) before I
reply. 
My former Pastor gave me some books that spoke of the gladiator complex
in ministry. Well there is a gladiator complex in being a saint too. But
both are still wrong.
