Mixed Races

How could one councel against it if one does not even know for sure what
his "biological" race is? Whom should he marry? Culturally he has been
raised in a "white" family, regardless of his skin color.

I fully understand. I was just making sure I wasn't missing something in
the Word that I had never seen.
