from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 

Me:
When you have the Red Sea in front of you and the Pharoah
(sp?) at your back, it is time to REJOICE!

As the Lord told Moses "Get up man, I got this situation
