How about a drivers License? If you have not already been finger printed to
get a license, you will, as it is now a requirement. Texas already finger
prints all applicants, I understand all states will have to do so also.
Also, once it gets common to have a finger print to cash a check, a finger
print will be required on file like a signature card now.
