For clarification, this doesn't mean that you should shift churches any
time that you feel that you disagree with the pastor, especially on issues
that are non-salvational issues (like standards, etc.).
Obedience is a good thing for saints to learn. We can obey any pastor if
we are willing to subject ourselves. To say that "we need to find one
that we can obey" is a misnomer-- it should be the one that we are willing
to obey. And therein lies a slippery slope.
