Fingerprinting required by banks

Well what seems AT LEAST as interesting if not more is the fact that here in
Texas they require before you get a drivers licens that you allow them to
take your fingerprint electronically and have it on file and also keep it on
the back of the Drivers license via the magnetic strip on the back which can
be read by readers at the DPS offices or even in cops cars....

The time is getting late....
