...  all "chips" or "integrated circuits" must have *power*
to operate.  The engineers power these devices with a type
of rechargable lithium battery.

The human body "operates" on DC current.  There is "plenty"
enough power in the body itself to mantain several of these
chips.

Regardless of the tecnology used by the beast, the "tools" 
will be the same as they always have been: "You are as God,
He is holding back something WONDERFUL from you, now that
He is mad at you there is nothing you can do, 
see He taking away the things you most love, I am the one
that "really" loves you so I am god......."  The lure, the
bait, the switch.  Satan only has a few tricks in his sack
but he knows how to use them: guilt, pride, greed, love of
self, no self control, power lust, lust of the eye, lust of
the flesh. 
Nothing new.
