pastor shopping?

Since when are we supposed to go pastor shopping?  My pastor is the shepherd 
over my soul.  As long as he is Biblically correct and sound, I will listen 
and obey.   Don't think for an instance that God is pleased with someone who 
changes pastors just because he stepped on someone's toes.  When my pastor 
(who is annointed of God to preach the Word of God) listens to God and 
searches scripture, it wasn't that pastor stepping on my toes. It was God 
 trying to get me to follow His will- - not mine.
