pastor shopping?

So how did he get to be your pastor in the first place unless you
decided to let him?
I was not talking about changing pastors when you get your toes
stepped on; I was talking about changing if his pastoral preferences
that are not mandated by the Bible are such that you cannot agree with
them. This could be something like not wearing red, when you have a
requirement to wear red, such as a uniform for your job, etc.
The case of a pastor violating a Biblical requirement is different: it
invalidates him being a pastor of anyone at all!
