I like your attitude! I feel the same way. My statement was not
intended to indicate that one should change churches or pastors over
trivia, but that one should feel confident that the pastor is indeed a
true man of God. You have proven well enough for me that you trust
your pastor this way. You can probably follow this man and grow
closer to God daily.
If, on the other hand, you were experienced in church, and the church
you attended was forced into a change in pastor (retirement, etc.), or
you were forced to move to a new location and find a church (I hope
you would get the recomendation of your previous pastor!) and the new
pastor did not teach and preach anything like the way you had been
taught, well then it might be time to look.

I do not disagree with you; I think you are right. I just wanted to
be sure you were not *BLINDLY* following him, but that you had seen
good reason to let him pastor you. It appears you have.
