I have used a dakes Bible for year.. you do have to sift through some 
Trinity comintery, so I dont recamend it for new folks,  but it has a
welth of information.  I recamend it for seasoned Christians.  otherwise
I like Thompson Chain.  (In California its used by a LOT of Jesus Name
Preachers.
