TV!

I have often considered the question of TV and have reasoned
it as such. The book of Revelations tells us about an event that
takes place in the last days of this generation of Grace.
Remember the two witnesses who preached with firey ferver
for a period of time? And these were not very well like even
by most Christians as they were preaching against some of
the things we have come to believe is okay for our lives. It
is something like the Catholics who don't eat meat on Fridays
for centuries and only eat fish on Friday. Then the pope decided
that it was okay to eat meat on Friday except during lent. We
have pacified ourselves to feel a lot of things are okay.
Then the two witnesses were slain and were left in the streets
of Jerusalem dead for a period of three days. The world
watched as they lay dead and had a party. They revelled in
joy at the death of these meddlesome preachers and exchanged
gifts. Think about it, at the time that prophecy was written
there was no means available to allow the entire world to view
this event together as one world! This half of this century,
we saw TV developed so widespread and technology
has gotten so, that it IS possible for the whole world to watch
the dead bodies and party together. The means of doing that
will be TV.
Radio can only do so much and even our computers have not
been developed to provide "live pictures" to the point that TV
has. Right or wrong is not my point, but I am stating that the
present day is going to turn into an ominous day and TV will
play a major role in those dark days. There are better things
to do with our lives than watching TV. Now, I'm off my
soapbox. Ernie....
