This is showing how God {Elohim} has given authority to man by way of Jesus
Christ. When Jesus was here, was He not submissive to the Father? Yes. Now
the only way God could give judgement to Earth is through someone who has
authority on earth and be God at the same time. John was having a vision and
not all vision are literal most are symbolic. What John saw was symbolic and
yet literal. God has given Christ all authority in heaven and earth.
Remeber, the Spirit of God is Christ.
