My baby is finally married

I wept tears of joy and sadness Saturday afternoon.
My baby married a wonderful man.
They will be working for the Lord in Virgina.
Bro.Chester Mitchell will now be her pastor. A very wonderful man
of God.
She was very happy. I even gave her a chance to run right before I walked
her down the asile. Her Answer, I coulndn't run very far in this dress,
daddy!!
The wedding was very pretty, she designed the entire affair herself.

At Christmas I offered her $1000 to elope and she refused, now I am glad
she didn't. I kept her five extra months this way and worth every penny
for the difference.

There were many out of town guests. People from Denver, Houston, and Ark.
and Virginia.

There was beautiful music from Sis.Kelley of Denver.  Chad her new
husband sang to her and that is when I cried. I realized how much they
loved each other.

There were so many who came from afar, that I can't possible
remember their names.

It really hit me me late Sat. night that she wouldn't be coming home
tonight or any night. Yes, she will visit but she now belongs to
another and that is how God meant it to be.  I cried again.

I talked to her on the phone this morning and I could tell she was happy,
by the sound of her voice and I gave her up and was 
sad but happy.

Now the nest is empty and the future looks bright for me an momma.

Lord we did what you wanted us to do for our daughters, now what do you
have planned for the rest of our life??? hmmmnnn??
