church bombing

No doubt you all have heard of the Assembly of God church which got
bombed during the Sunday worship service. Danville Illinois is just
down the highway from where we live. My pastor is a good friend of the
pastor of the AofG church.
People in this area seem to be really bomb happy. I don't recall if it
made the national news, but another church was bombed last December in
Oakwood, which is another nearby town. Bank One in downtown Champaign,
which is just across the street from my church, was bombed last week.
A few hours later, the First of America bank which is across another
street from us was robbed. Champaign now has seven unsolved armed bank
robberies in 1998.
Is this happening in other areas? Or is this just a Central Illinois
thing?
