That is indeed a tough one.  I think it stems from a conflict in the
Apostolic movement.  Are the Scriptures all there is to "revealed truth"
(in that case, God is again in a "silent" period like before the birth of
Christ)?  OR  Are there more "truths" that the Holy Ghost is still
revealing even today?
