	Truly the only importance of the order is the first 2 of 4
	initial steps.  As was eluded to here, you must believe on 
	the Lord Jesus Christ and you must repent ( as God says that 
	sweet water and bitter water cannot come from the same vesel)
	Once the old man has repented and is truely believing God, he may
	be at a point to receive the gift.  But a majority of people
	are hiding that one thing in their life that they never think 
	about giving up.  Then being obediant to the scriptures, they
	are baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of their 
	sins.  Then God must bring those individuals to a place where
	they see the hindrance to the Holy Ghost infilling.  That is
	where I once was, when I started this walk, and have seen several
	come that way.  But I have also seen 3or4 that have received the
	Holy ghost before.

	God is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Good.
