Interpertation #1
Repentance-- A change of thinking.
Baptism--   By immersion in the Name of Jesus Christ
Infilling-- Receiving of God's Spirit into the believers life with the initial
evidence of speaking in an other language as the spirit of God gives the
utterance.

I hope this isn't to hard for some of you Bible scholars out there, but this
is the interpertation of Acts 2:38, anything else would be a commentary on the
scripture.
