Name the top 3 ways kids(18 and under) die.  Too bad that one kid was
kicked out the day before for bringing a gun to school, too bad it is
illegal for an under 18yr old to buy a rifle or shotgun(21 for
handguns), too bad it is a felony to murder, too bad it is a felony to
deal drugs.......  More stoooopidd unenforced laws are NOT the solution. 
Use the laws we have now; try the kids as adults
