Deion Sanders

Hi:
Why is it that when God uses someone who is in a position such as T.D.
Jakes or Deion Sanders do we have to be so critical about it?
Praise God that these brothers in Christ are in such a position where
God has and will continue to mightily use them to receive Christ. I
know in my own experience, I did not make a decision to follow hard
after the things of God until I "gave my life to Christ." I knew
nothing of Pentecost or Apostolic origin--I was just hungry! I wanted
God in my life...and that is where a lot of people are at now. They
are not interested in the mode of baptism, or squabbles over the
Godhead or doctrine...they just know they want God. And sometimes I
feel a lot of people are intimidated around some Oneness people because
we act like we have a handle up on others because God just happened to
reveal something more to us about salvation and holiness.
Ought we not to bear the burdens of the weak, and so fulfill the law of
Christ? (Gal. 6:1-5). Before we are so quick to put down someone who
may have not received or even know that there is a fullness we can
receive from God, we ought to love them and pray for them. God can do
anything...
