I'm sorry you don't understand what I meant when I said back of the 
bus.  My point was quite clear.  I think you are the one playing 
Sigmund Freud trying to deduce something from nothing.  I made an 
honest statement.  I have nothing against prayer.  Prayer is fine, 
prayer is wonderful, prayer changes things.  But my point was this:  
don't try to quiet this conversation.  Don't push it under the rug 
because you don't want to deal with it.  For in doing that you are 
saying that my feelings as an African American do not count.

When others on this list have written numerous messages asking for 
clarifcation or speaking about alcohol use or any of a number of 
issues, I have yet to see someone respond with "pray about it."  So 
my point was, why is that thrown up in this situation.  And instead 
of giving me an answer, you chose to play shrink.  But I think you 
are unqualified for the task.
