eli.wariat.org is back up

Due to a rather difficult move, problems with the phone company,
hardware failures, internet service provider outages, etc.,
eli.wariat.org has ben erratic since 6/24/96.  It was totally off line
from 6/24 thru 7/5.  As a result, the archiver has lost a lot of mail
here.  If anyone can provide a record of the postings to higher-fire
over that period of time, I could bring the archives u[p to date.  Thanks!
