Thanks for the info.   Does anyone out there know anything about how one would
go about adopting without having to put out a lot of money?
We've had legal custody of my husband's nephew for 6 years and want to adopt 
him, but we don't have much in the way of savings for lawyer and legal fees.

Anyone who has any info, please contact me.  We've been praying about this for 
some time and would like to be able to give him the same last name as the rest
of the family for his own sense of well being.
