We do not "rule" on the subject, but I do not believe in them
personally. It certainly is not needed to represent marriage for I
have a voice, feet and if all that fails, a beautiful wife at my side
to advertise the fact.

When I preach and teach touching the matter of rings and this type of
self-adornment, it is never positive, but it is also not all that
frequent. :)

I hope that reading between the lines will somehow help.
