Help needed with crowds...

Help,

We are having a Miracle Sunday (Massive over-attendance-day) on Oct. 13th
Our sanctuary will seat about 300 and we expect about 1 thousand. Since
there will be several services during the day this should not be a problem.
The following week David Hamilton will be with us teaching on the temple
treasures and setting up all his exibits. If you have heard of him you know
he draws a big crowd.

My problem:     I am the Visitor follow up director and am wondering if
anyone has any ideas on how to get everyones name / address / phone / etc...
Surely there is some way to get people to want to give this information, right?
Many people don't like to fill out visitor cards and I really would like to
reap the harvest God is going to send us.
