Help needed with crowds...

Well, you could do it like the business world does... Get a business
card from those that have one, then ask them to write a home phone
number on the back.  I know it doesn't get all the family member
names, or their old pastor's name, etc. but you can call them to get
these.  It could streamline things for those that have cards.  

For those that do not have cards, just get one person's name and phone
number on a card you furnish that is pre-printed with labeled blanks
to fill in and the size off a business card.
