In the Old Testament GOD did have a name. How else would Jesus
come in the flesh. It is regarded that GOD didnt have a name what so
ever. This would be not totally true seeing GOD wasnt in the Flesh
untill the Time of the Flesh as seen in Bethlehem. This would be more
appropriate for this scripture to mean that GOD as the Father didnt
have a body(spirit). This is in reference to mankind and GOD.Abraham saw
the day of Jesus christ and it was counted unto him for
Righeousness,Yet with all of these titles to GOD is leading and to his
flesh.Sorry if this is really undone but GOD did have a name in the OT
but not according to the flesh. As the Bible says for when the time was
fully come God sent forth his son,This is the name,Physical body yet in
the OT his name was the fullness of his Titles to himself. There are
some preachers that have concluded that in the OT everytime it says His
or thy salvation it is translated into Jesus.Jesus being the English
form of the Name of GOD.I'd rather believe that GOD did have a name
seeing that Christ was crusified before the foundations of the
world.Well God bless and take care.
