(with sarcasm in my voice) I drink Dr. Pepper which was
rumored years ago that Dr Ruth endorsed it. I am contributing
good christian money(via taxes) to pay for the goverments evil
doings.
For us to listen to, or buy the tapes,cd,etc of
a "christian" singer who gets airtime on both wordly
and christian stations, I feel we are saying that it is
ok to be a little wordly in the the name of progress.

If I *could* sing good, I could just sing in the
church or I could go out into the world and sing on the
streets. For me to go into a area that is known to be
wordly( example: Bars) I would be saying a different message.

Michael W. Smith was once quoted as saying(this is not word for
word)
that he does not put on a concert to bring people
to Christ..that is not his job..He is only there to have fun
and let the crowd have fun..if they accept Christ while at the
concert then that is good, but it is not his job.

Amy Grant was asked why she had a pic of her taken that
showed her in a suggestive outfit..
she said because it gets peoples attention.
