leave or disagree- bad attitude

I didn't understand the first part of your comment, but saying that a
person should either agree or leave because a person doesn't agree with
his pastor is a wrong attitude. I agree with most of what my pastor
believes, but not everything. He knows that I don't agree with
everything he believes because we have discussed it, and he respects my
beliefs (everybody should learn from him). Now, we don't disagree on
heaven-or-hell issues, but we do disagree. One thing people have to
remember is that pastors and spiritual leaders in the church are not the
owners of the church to be setting rules that their members must follow.
As for your comment on *agree or leave,* you will have all the members
leaving the church because everybody has something they don't have the
same conviction as the denomination. The attitude we should take is
tolerance and not worry about detail. I think this is a major reason why
we have not been able to unite with the rest of the oneness
denominations. It would take an awesome work of God to merge the UPCI,
PAW and other denominations and all be in unity. It is only our human
judgmental attitude that keeps us apart because God does not approve of
having separate denominations. He wants His Church to be one.
