leave or disagree- bad attitude

When I said agree or leave the church is for the fact that in
some cases a person can have a bad spirit because they disagree
with the pastor.  I am not talking about little things.  I 
personally feel that if you have a problem with something about
the church or your pastor *and* after sitting down with Him and
talking about it you still have these feelings..you need to make a
decision on whether or not you can stay without affecting others around
you.  
	My own example that I am going through right now is
my feelings on how my pastor handles standards.  He believes in
the standards but doesnt really preach them from the pulpit.
As I look around my church, I do not see examples being set for
new converts.  I am going to sit down and talk with him soon
about this.  If I feel that I cannot accept his position on
standards, I will have to decide if i should stay or go to
a church that preaches standards more.
