tooo many messages on standards

Why not limit one reply from a person on a given subject *UNLESS*

it is a great response. Then require all other responses be sent direct
to the sender. So much mail is 

GREAT!!!! or something like that. A line or two, actually that should
have been dent direct to the sender anyway.

I know that would put a greater load on Bro. Tyler and Bro. Masoner.
