(Fwd) Attitudes of our teens

Our district had a lock-in for youth in February and some boys showed up
in shorts only. The response? "oh they are Sunday School kids that is
all" The response of others was to leave early due to disgust. We have
many who still do not practice what they have signed for (all UPC
ministers acknowledge they support the principles of the manual each
year). We don't have to shirk to show we are better. We want to show them
a alternative. A closed gym is one thing but a open area was out of order
for this dress.
