Sorry... :) I probably ought to add, I believe what you said is right
:) Just realizing Im here in a Home Missions environment and dealing
with completely clueless people. Many grew up on Hollywood and TV and
lowlife settings and their parents talked like trash and stuff.. and
to be real honest, hearing phrases like "what the hell are they
doing?" and such like, I tend to deal with the substance of the
communication before worrying about a verbal transgression.
Now, when do new converts become saints ? hehehe... thats one the
people who are out there doin the work today MAY tend to answer a
little diffrently than the "heros of old".
All Im saying is that practical holiness if a great and important
study, but until you put a personality on it, the real world is a
little hard to cope with.
Somehow I just dont see our Eurocentric notions which decend from
American holiness movements being the dominant mindset in revival
church which the Church is giving birth to at this moment.
So, Im goin to study the evolution of profanity. Anyone on board ?
