     I hate to hear that your sister said that. However in the day we live 
in it is better to spare the rod. We still have a government and we must 
play by the rule(even if they are wrong). You will see and are seeing now 
the affect this is having on America. America will be the one getting the 
brusing when that unpunished generation gets in power.
