The salvation for America, if there is to be any, will not come from "Generation X" but from God.

You seem to have a lot of "faith" in a generation. They are already
accepting it. It isn't something that happens in a second but takes
place in little areas every day. Without the Holy Ghost and the
direction of the Lord they will be powerless to stop the eventual end
result.

Knowledge is not the answer! Wisdom is! And Wisdom is the application
of God's principles and values to knowledge and understanding. The race
for knowledge that you speak of, when not tempered with the Wisdom of God, will lead down a broad path to destruction. Abraham Lincoln once said
that he was apalled at the age of 16 at how little his parents knew but
when he reached 21 it was amazing how much they had learned in a short
time. Parents who do not seek the wisdom of God are lacking but they still have the value of experience that you do not yet have. Watch out at
obtaining knowledge for knowledge's sake.
