Let me make things a bit more clear: I am not nailing the school teacher,
but rather the whole concept of Goals 2000. It is outcome-based! If I
were nailing the teachers, I would have written "Bad Teachers" in the
subject field as opposed to "Goals 2000". I had no intentions of slamming
teachers when I composed this message.
