In case I am not on this list much longer, I would like to leave a couple of
thoughts:

This spring while my pastor was teaching SS (adults), he was standing by a
window making a point (of which I have since forgotten).  After he walked
back to the podium, the Lord spoke to me and this is what He said/asked.

"Do you want to be a "painted-glass" window to be seen or do you want to be
a clear, transparent window to let the "Light" shine into a dark world?"
Did that ever make me "sit up and take notice"!!  My first thot was of Simon
in Acts ch. 8, where he wanted to be like the apostles and then the apostles
themselves and how they acted when people came to worship them.  Quite the
contrast in attitudes.  I told my pastor about this after the service and we
discussed it for awhile.  I have not forgotten those words and I know what I
would rather be!
