There's two internet-type phone pieces of software that is
supposed to allow two-way volce communication. One is the
"Internet Phone" that you alluded to and the other is "WebTalk"
by Quarterdeck (www.quarterdeck.com).
With the WebTalk, two licences come with the software so that you
can distribute it to a friend so the both of you can carry on the
conversation from both ends of the connection.
